SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed with LADY ENODIA arrive in our signature pouch. Most orders will ship within 48-72 hours of being placed and are received 3-5 days from shipment date within the United States. If there is an extended delay expected on shipping your order, you will be notified within that time frame.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Express shipping is available upon checkout if you choose. When placing your order, you agree that LADY ENODIA is not responsible for any duties or additional charges that may be due upon delivery. You also agree to not hold LADY ENODIA responsible for any mishandling or loss by Postal services. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status of your order. For expedited shipping, please email us for a quote.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to cancel an order, you MUST notify LADY ENODIA within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be treated as a return and you will be issued store credit. Please note that we only accept returns for store credit. Items must be shipped back in their original condition at the buyers expense and the package must be insured for the full retail value. Items will be inspected upon receipt and if unused, refunds will be issued within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All SALE items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

All BESPOKE orders are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

TAKE CARE

Please wear and store your jewelry with care. Each piece we sell is crafted meticulously. We ask that you respect and honor not only the artisan who created each piece, but the connection we hope you attain with your new piece of jewelry as well.

Gold and gold-fill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and should always be removed before swimming or bathing. Sterling silver should be polished regularly with a soft silver cleaning cloth. While solid silver pieces can be cleaned with a liquid or cream silver cleaner, avoid doing so with pieces set with gemstones as stones can be damaged by such cleaners. To cleanse your gemstones, simply use fresh, cool water and dry completely. All stones should be cleansed by their new owner by rinsing them under cool water to remove any energies from others who have handled it before you. Natural stones and minerals should be handled with care and not come into contact with any cleaning chemicals.  

We ALWAYS recommend removing your jewelry to swim, bath and shower. And never wear your pieces in a hot tub, or in any salt water. Regardless of the metal and stone, water, salt and chemicals will eventually wear your jewelry down. 

We also take care of each other at LADY ENODIA. A portion of every sale contributes to our reoccurring monthly donations to Planned Parenthood, the ADL, American Jewish World Services, Black Voters Matter, GLSEN, Warrior Women's Project and Trevor Project.

PRIVACY

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for LADY ENODIA.

LADY ENODIA respects your privacy. The sole owner of all personal information collected at this site is LADY ENODIA, and we will NEVER rent or sell your personal information to any third party. The information collected and stored by LADY ENODIA includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on the LADY ENODIA server. Credit card information is sent directly to the payment secure server, and that is where it is safely held. Because LADY ENODIA collects personal information through a secure server that features the latest encryption technology, you can be assured that none of your information will be viewed by anyone. 

The information you provide to LADY ENODIA will only be used to process your order and to add your name (mailing address and email address) to our mailing list so that you will receive future mail. Unless there is a problem with your order you will not be contacted by LADY ENODIA unless you have subscribed to our mailing list. Should there be any changes to this Privacy Statement, all affected users will immediately be notified by email and all relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.

LADY ENODIA does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

LADY ENODIA makes every effort to store information in a secure operating environment not available to the public, however, LADY ENODIA cannot guarantee complete security and disclaims liability for unintentional security breaches.

If any provision of our store policy is held unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be removed without affecting any other provision and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable and construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of LADY ENODIA to enforce any provision of our policies shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
